Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure your session and receive an extra 5% off Poodle Lesson Kit, a 1(one) hour prepayment is required at the time of booking and I will send you a discount code.
- Your prepayment is applied to your total lesson cost on the day
- Your 5% kit discount code is issued upon receipt of prepayment for classes
- If you need to cancel, your prepayment will be refunded minus the value of any kit discount already applied
- Rescheduling is always welcome — just give us as much notice as possible

Is this kit only for lesson students? No — while it's designed to complement our poodle grooming lessons it's available to anyone wanting professional grade tools for grooming their poodle at home.
How do I know which clipper to choose? Contact us before ordering and we'll help you select the right option for your poodle's size and coat type. We're happy to advise!
Which blades do I need for a poodle? Every clipper in this kit comes with a #10 blade included. The 9 piece guard comb set paired with a #30 blade covers all coat lengths you'll need for a poodle groom — no additional blades required to get started.
Does this kit cover everything I need for my lesson? Yes — if you're attending an Option A lesson this kit covers everything on the tool list. Shampoo, dryers and grooming table are provided at the salon.
Do you ship across Canada? Yes — this kit ships anywhere in Canada. Due to the size and weight of the kits, there is a small shipping fee added into the cost in order to stop surprises at the checkout
