ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

An e-mail will be sent when your order is ready for pick up and will include detailed pick up times.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using Canada Post or FedEx. A flat rate shipping fee of $24.99 applies to orders shipping within Canada. 

A flat rate shipping fee of $34.99 applies to orders shipping from Canada to the United States. 

When shipping from Canada to the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Classy Canines is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Non-Canadian Orders

All orders ship from our facility in Ontario, Canada. Orders shipped out of Canada may be subject to import taxes, custom duties, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the shipping carrier. These charges are calculated once the package arrives in the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect these fees at checkout and cannot predict what they may be,
