SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada

We proudly ship across Canada.

Orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping will receive free shipping automatically at checkout.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are subject to our current flat-rate shipping fee, which is displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

We ship using Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, or another carrier selected at our discretion based on the destination, size, weight, and nature of your order.

Shipping to the United States

We proudly ship to customers throughout the United States.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to U.S. orders and is displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.

⚠️ U.S. customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import charges assessed by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping charges.

Please review our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy before placing your order. Refusing a shipment because customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, or other import charges have not been paid may result in a reduced refund or no refund if the costs incurred by Classy Canines equal or exceed the purchase price.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, because they were unclaimed, or because delivery was refused may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be resent. Any costs incurred by Classy Canines as a result of an incorrect address or refused shipment may be deducted from any applicable refund in accordance with our Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your shipment appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will gladly assist in working with the carrier to locate your package; however, Classy Canines cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept responsibility for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
