A minimum 50% deposit is required by July 9, 2025 to ensure full kit delivery by September 3, 2025. The remaining balance is due on or before August 6, 2025. 

Cancelled Orders:
Orders that are cancelled on or before August 6, are eligible for a refund minus a $150 administration fee. 

After August 6, 2025 and before September 15, 2025 a cancelled order will be treated as a return. All student kit returns will be subject to a $250 restocking fee.

To be eligible for a refund, the kit must be returned to Classy Canines still in original packaging, unopened, and in perfect working condition. A partial return will result in a partial refund.
